Rates

House Calls:

To come to your house and diagnose the problem with your spa or hot tub, it is an initial $100.00 house call fee. A ½ hour of labor is included in that fee. If a part is not on hand with this visit and needed to be ordered, there is NO house call fee applied to the return visit. Any visits made related to the original diagnosis ARE NOT subject to an additional house call fee, and within four weeks of the original house call date. If the technician ARRIVES at your home and the requested service cannot be performed for lack of access to the tub, weather conditions, needing to reschedule, or has been resolved without a cancellation phone call, the house call fee still applies.

Labor:

Labor rates are $60.00 an hour after the first ½ hour of work.

Mileage:Spa_repair_Services

Any mileage over 25 miles is subject to time/travel rate of $0.75 per mile round trip, from either of our locations.

Parts/Materials:

All parts over $100.00 require a 50% deposit, and remaining balance is due at time of service completion.

Parts warranty covers 100% parts under the manufacturer’s warranty, one year of the house call fee, and 90 days of labor.

Appointments and Scheduling:

Appointments are scheduled based on service areas, availability, warranty terms, parts received and weather conditions.

*Our technicians handle electricity, sealants, and other items where weather can play an important part in repairing your hot tub.

*Rain cancellations will be rescheduled for the next available day and time based on service area.

Customer Responsibilities:

Decks:

ANYTIME panels to the hot tub are blocked by decking material, a $75.00 per hour fee will be charged from the moment the deck removal begins.

Winter Conditions:

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their tub and pipes from freezing while waiting on parts to arrive and when the tub needs to be drained.

Warranty Service Calls:

Hot tub manufacturers carry unique warranties, which our company may honor. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the retailer from which they purchased their hot tub. The retailer or customer must then provide Hot Spa Repair with the warranty information.
